One of the great things about this tote is the handles. They are solid, bendable rubber--flexible, but unbreakable. Why doesn't someone make handles like this now? Soft enough not to cut into your hands, but sturdy! This tote is waterproof rubber on the inside, cotton colonial print fabric on the outside. Nice brass handle fittings. The fabric is slightly faded, probably because you could throw the entire bag into the washer! Handles have a 5 3/4" drop. Bag measures 12" wide by 17 1/2" high by 3 1/2" deep. The bag shows a little wear at the corners. So . . . you get this price! (Marked down from $32.00.)
