Vintage Ostrich Bag w/ Luxury Interior

Rossi, Caruso and Cia made saddles in Argentina, so you know that the detail work on this bag is exquisite. And, I can't remember the last time we had a really high-end ostrich bag. Put those two facts together, and you know why I was very excited about finding this one. All ostrich, beautifully aged and with a splendid patina. The faux flap and closure detailing is on both sides of the bag. Very nice, discrete brass frame, snap closure and four brass feet. Inside, the lining is vanilla colored leather with ostrich trim. The tiny brass label says, "Rossi, Caruso and Cia / Buenos Aries / Inousiria Argentina." Four large pockets. One closes with a flap and snap, and one has a zipper. The bag measures 9" wide, by 8" high, by 3" deep. The well-padded, contoured handle has a 5 1/2" drop. Very nearly mint! No flaws!
