Early twentieth century beading techniques with a vintage 1960s mod black and white geometric pattern. I don't have a clue how to date this beautiful little work of art. The beads are heavy glass. The neck of the bag is tightly knotted cotton cording. There's no lining because none is needed. The spaces in this patter are so tiny, not even a small earring could fall through. It measures 5" wide by 6 1/4" high, including the loops for the drawstring. The beaded drawstring has an intricate pattern, itself, and an 8 1/2" drop. This bag is stark in its black and white, and completely pristine in its condition. Give it to someone special. (Marked down from $120.00.)
