Vintage Bellestone handbag with gorgeous, glossy, supple alligator skins from an older alligator, so the scales pattern is especially bold. Yes, Bellestone was the company that made that admirable rigid handle, with alligator skins wrapped around a firm structure. This particular handle has a a 5 1/2" drop. The bag has an elegantly detailed Eames era brass closure. The bag's leather lining is in immaculate condition, with FIVE large pockets, two with leather piping and one with a zipper, plus a lipstick pocket. Vintage Bellestone handbag measures 11" wide by 8" high by 3" deep. Simply gorgeous!
