Great bag! Now, notice. This is NOT a small evening bag, although you could use it for parties. This 1930's Whiting and Davis "beadlite" bag was intended as a daytime bag. It is exceptionally wide at 12 1/2" wide at the base, 9 1/2" wide at the top, by 6" high. by 2" deep. The celluloid chain has a 7 1/2" drop, and it attaches to the frame by little harp-like arms that arch outward. Fun celluloid frame has a kiss clasp made of sweet circle-in-the-square knobs. The lining is very dark navy blue silk faille, with one large pocket. Excellent vintage condition--essentially mint condition. NO missing tiles in the metal mesh.
