Ivory Whiting and Davis Evening Bag

A gem of an evening bag by Whiting and Davis, clearly labeled with their signature logo and "Made in U.S.A." I tried to show you the glo mesh, but just couldn't get it with the scanner. Under that ivory mesh is an brilliantly shiny gold skirt. So, the gold peeks through the mesh and makes it glow! Neat hinged frame that opens square. Bag is 5 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" high, with a sturdy chain that has a 2 1/2" drop. Lined in white grosgrain fabric, with the Whiting and Davis fabric label and one pocket. Excellent vintage condition.
