Dainty bu heavy, completely beaded evening bag with an embroidered satin tag that displays one of the oldest and best brands in vintage beaded bags, Charlet. Bag is joined to the frame with stitches, not glue or staples. It is completely beaded, with a very high relief pattern on the front of the bag and on the fold-over closure. Gorgeous, heavy silk satin lining with one rather large pocket. Padded, completely beaded and wired handle has a 4" drop. Bag measures 9 1/2" wide at the base, by 5" high. Bag is very nearly mint.
