Pretty and very unusual small clutch by Budd Leather. Dark royal blue (not navy blue) satin with a sparkling molded Lucite frame . This Lucite is called "confetti Lucite" because some kind of glitter or sparkles is mixed right into the plastic before it is molded. Lined with off-white silk twill. 6 1/2" wide at the widest point, by 5" high. MINT, never carried.
