Vintage cotton sock coin purse. (I'd date it from the early 1980s, just because my daughter had socks like this.) Metal frame at the top, with kiss clasp. Sock is 5 1/2" high. by 2" wide. Tin tag says, "MacKenzia Child's Ltd. / Auooca, Hew York." MINT!
