Great ox blood colored suitcase that I think can fairly be called a Gladstone bag. Large brass buckle for the leather belt that goes completely around the bag. Two padded, semi- rigid handles with a 7" drop. Two buckles that close bag. (No, I don't have the key, but your local locksmith could make one.) Raised leather trim is padded to help keep the bag rigid. Bag is completely lined with more reddish tan leather and has two very large pockets, both with metal zippers. Seriously reinforce base and sides. Four large feet on the bottom of the bag. This antique suitcase or Gladstone bag measures 17 1/2" wide, by 12" high 9 1/2" deep. Excellent antique condition. No problems. Use it tomorrow!
