Beautifully beaded antique bag from Czeckoslovakia and the 1930s. Tiny opaque, off-white seed beads, plus silver-lined crystal bugle beads, silver-lined crystal seed beads, tiny marcasites, and more. The entire elaborate pattern is repeated on the back of the bag, which also has a wrist strap. I love the slightly ruffled band along the top. Closes with a metal zipper with a ball chain pull. Lining is off-white silk faille. One inside pocket. Tiny embroidered fabric tag says, "Made in Czeckoslovakia." This antique beaded clutch is larger than many of the Czeck bags we've had, at 7 1/4" wide by 5" high by 1/2" deep. Nearly mint. Missing maybe 10 beads. (Marked down from $44.00.)
