Hand tooled, western-style, 1940s leather bag, complete with
orginal mirror in a little leather case. Glorious tooling
that was slightly darkened to show off the beautiful detail in
the handwork. Tooling everywhere, even the bottom of the bag
and the sides. Padded, semi-rigid handles with a 9" drop.
Seams are all hand laced. Outside front pocket with zipper
under flap. Lined with tan cotton suede. Center divider with
metal zippered pocket. What looks like a very large front pocket
actually unzips on three sides to show a portfolio space, with
two large pockets for papers. The metal zippers are all heavy
duty. The interior of the bag also has a plus small pocket at
the back with metal zipper. This 1940s hand tooled leather
handbag or purse measures 12" wide at the base, 10" wide at the
top, by 8 1/2" high, by 4" deep. Four large feet on the botton.
Twist clasp. Near-mint. "Mexico" imprinted on base. Great bag
for traveling!

Classic Etienne Aigner wicker shoulder bag, shaped like a
fishing creel. This is the plump version. This one measures
10" wide at the base, 6 1/2" high, and over 5 1/2" deep. (I
say over 5 1/2" deep because of the plumped-out places.) Really
large Aigner horseshoe on the tab. Leather tabs attach the lid
to tjhe back. 36" heavy, double leather, adjustible strap.
Lined in the Aigner cotton twill with one inside pocket. "Aigner
Hand Made" label. Spotless interior! Mint! Never carried.

The label says, "Wa Bags / Made in Thailand / 100% Leather."
My first clue about this bag's age should have been the other
thing the label says, "www.wabags.com." So, this isn't really
a vintage bag. But, it is unusual, and it would be a splendid
summer purse for someone who needs a little color in her life.
Deep red with hand tooling on both sides of the bag. Semi-rigid
handles have a 10" drop. Flap and snap closure. Lined with
black suede. 15" wide at the widest point, by 8 1/2" high,
by 2" deep. Absolutely mint condition. Never carried.

I was so excited to get this bag in, because we haven't had a
Falchi bag in several years. This one is especially nice, too:
woven very fine strips of gold and red-gold leather for the
front and back of the bag, plus gold leather sides, top, and
straps. Doubled straps have a 15" drop. Falchi embossed logo
on the front of the bag. Lining is tightly woven dark burgandy
twill, with one zippered pocket and the embroidered fabric "Carlo
Falchi" label. This vintage designer bag measures 13" wide at
the top, 8" wide at the base, by 10" high, by 3 1/2" deep.
Absolutely mint condition. You'll be happy! (Marked down from
$88.00.)
