Vintage alligator clutch handbag, probably from the 1940s.
Alligator skins are in terrific condition, with no cracking,
peeling, or flaking. Lined in creamy chocolate brown leather.
Three pockets are made of alligator. One has a flap-and-snap
closure. One additional pocket has a metal zipper. Clutch is
12" long by 6" high by 2" deep (gussets extended.) Alligator
clutch is in excellent vintage condition.

Great find! An antique kid leather pouch with exquisite
detailing. In mint condition--so sturdy you can use it
tomorrow! The top stitching on the pouch is on all sides, of
course. The gathers are deep, so the pouch is quite roomy.
Gorgeous brass fittings, with a twisted rope snap closure and
elaborate brass stirrups to hold the handles, which have a
5" drop. The handles are pleasingly plump, very well stuffed
leather. The frame is leather-covered metal, and the lining
is completely leather, with two pockets. The bag is 9" deep
by 7" high by 3" deep. This is an extremely special bag in
incredible condition. I ought to charge you much, much more.

Shoulder bag to die for! I'm serious. I thought long and hard
about keeping this one! Beautifully made and impeccably
constructed snake skin shoulder bag by Carlos Falchi. Shoulder
strap is lined in dark brown leather, top stitched so that the
leather makes piping at the edges. Flap is lined in leather and
has the piping effect, as well. Full pocket with zipper on the
outside back of the bag. Bag is lined in dark brown twill.
One inside zippered pocket. Embroidered fabric label says,
"Carlos Falchi." Brown leather label on the outside, side.
Contoured strap has a 21" drop. Bag measures 11" wide by 8"
high by 3 1/2" deep. Bag is in near-mint condition. Nicely
broken in. No problems.

Rossi, Caruso and Cia made saddles in Argentina, so you know
that the detail work on this bag is exquisite. And, I can't
remember the last time we had a really high-end ostrich bag.
Put those two facts together, and you know why I was very
excited about finding this one. All ostrich, beautifully aged
and with a splendid patina. The faux flap and closure
detailing is on both sides of the bag. Very nice, discrete
brass frame, snap closure and four brass feet. Inside, the
lining is vanilla colored leather with ostrich trim. The tiny
brass label says, "Rossi, Caruso and Cia / Buenos Aries /
Inousiria Argentina." Four large pockets. One closes with a
flap and snap, and one has a zipper. The bag measures 9" wide,
by 8" high, by 3" deep. The well-padded, contoured handle has
a 5 1/2" drop. Very nearly mint! No flaws!

I'm not sure what this elegant case was intended for. It is
clearly marked, "Cromer" and "Marque Deposse" and "Made in
France" and "9 1/2 H." At first glance, I thought it was a
glove case. But, it is really too narrow and not really deep
enough. Anyway . . . Use it as you will! Beautifully supple
alligator lined in gold silk twill. Snap closeure. Double
top stitching at every seam. 12" wide by 4" high. Marked in
pencil, "$3.50," on the inside of the flap. Aside from that
mark, absolutely mint, never used.

Large retro convertible clutch by Charles Jourdan. Jourdan's
bag are famous for their incredible leather, and this clutch
is no exception. Very fine, very smooth, and extremely well
padded leather clutch with real python snake skin applique
on the flap. The leather is a true, Oxford-type gray, while
the snake has gray-blue overtones and black. The lining is
black leather with one zippered pocket, and the bag comes with
its original, matching leather coin purse. The label is brass
and says, "Charles Jourdan / Paris / Made in France." 13" wide
at the base, by 7 1/2" high, by 2" deep (extended.) Leather
spagetti shoulder strap is complately removable. if you like.
